Since 2024, Soulart Station has gone through three prototypes and multiple stages of development. Today, we’re excited to finally announce its Early Access Program (EAP). This program is our final step before crowd funding.

Since our first tweet on X, the past 5 months have been an incredible journey for all of us. On behalf of everyone at Soulart, thank you to everyone who has supported us, shown interest in our product, and stayed patient along the way.

Program Details

Through Soulart Station’s Early Access Program, be the first to experience Station and help shape its future. Your feedback and reviews will be our most valuable asset in improving stability, refining quality-of-life features, fixing bugs, and preparing for full release.

Registration will be open from May 20th to June 28th, and we plan to select around 20 testers. Selection will not be first-come, first-served, and we currently do not have plans for additional testing rounds.

Requirements

• Windows PC
  • Must be above the SteamVR system requirements.
  • SteamVR System Requirements
• Wi-Fi capable router
  • The PC and Station must be connected to the same router.
  • The Station will be connected via Wi-Fi. (The PC may be connected by other means.)
• VR HMD (For VR)
  • Must support SteamVR.
  • Not required for VTubing.
• Environment capable of securing Station
  • Station must be fixed in place while being able to see the user properly.
  • Station is compatible with Valve/HTC Base Station mounts (1/4’’).
• 3 × IEC 60320 C13 power cables
  • Prepare IEC 60320 C13 cables appropriate for your country.
  • It is commonly used in household appliances such as computers, monitors, and electric kettles.

This is an IEC 60320 C13 Cable.

Whole Program Package

• 3 × Soulart Stations (EAP version)
  • There may be differences of performance / appearance from the final product.
• 3 × AC Power adapters
  • Power adapters need for Soulart Station.
  • Connect your IEC 60320 C13 cables onto the adapters.
• Beta App for Soulart Station (Windows)
  • Supports SteamVR, VMC, and more.
  • For additional support protocols/programs, please inquire through the Discord channel.

  • Share your avatar moving with Soulart Station on the internet. (VRChat, VTube, etc.)
  • No need to film your real self.
• Review & Feedback on improvements
  • We will be asking you to fill out surveys and give your opinions through Discord.
• Review on updated software & firmware
  • We will be sending out updates based on your feedback.

Option A – Purchase

The EAP package will be $800 (shipping fee included).
Any customs duties (tariff fees) incurred during shipping are not included and must be paid separately.

We were hoping to provide the program for a low price to reviewers. However, the sharp increase in memory prices led to the material cost alone to be over $1,300.

You can apply for a free upgrade to 4 new Stations upon release.

Option B – Rent

The rental shipping fee is $50 worldwide.
You are required to return the Station within one month of receiving it.

You are additionally responsible for paying potential customs duties (tariff fees/declare value: $800) upon arrival.
Any return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.

Purchase applicants will be prioritized over rental applicants.

Notes

• We plan to verify applicants’ SNS accounts to ensure they are able to provide a proper review and (if renting) return the product.
• The EAP products may have software / hardware bugs.
• The design, performance, components will differ with the final product.
